Delete a Sokoli Coiffure account

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to the Sokoli Coiffure app.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Enter your current account password when prompted, then confirm the deletion.

Your password is required to confirm the deletion, so make sure you can sign in before you start. If the password is entered incorrectly, nothing is deleted and you can try again.

The app deletes the client profile and personal contact data, signs you out on every device, removes registered push devices and stored notifications, anonymizes retained appointment records, and cancels upcoming appointments. Appointments that already took place are kept in anonymized form and are not cancelled.

If you cannot access the app

Email info@coiffeursokol.ch from the address registered to your account, using the subject “Mobile account deletion request”. Include your full name and registered phone number so we can verify the request. Do not send your password.

Data that may be retained

Some anonymized transaction or accounting records may be retained where required by law. Backup and security-log copies expire according to their normal retention schedules. See the mobile app privacy policy for more information.
